Re: Crash when initing App on macos [Managed SDK version 2.2.5]

Another update: Downgrading Xamarin.Mac to version 5.8.0.0 seems to avoid the issue. As a workaround, until we figure out if the problem is on our side or theirs, you can try downgrading. I already had it installed, so all I had to do was to change the symlink /Library/Frameworks/Xamarin.Mac.framewo...

Re: Crash when initing App on macos [Managed SDK version 2.2.5]

A quick update. I just tested with Visual Studio for Mac version 8.3.1 (build 18) and the Xamarin.Mac version 6.2.0.42 and I'm having the same issue. I wasn't seeing it before upgrading. Let me see if I can figure out what the problem is.

Re: [UE4] Added support for UE4.23

I've just tested the 4.23 code in 4.22 and it works. You just need to edit NoesisGUI.uplugin and change the EngineVersion to 4.22.0 and it works. They didn't make many changes that affected the plugin this time around.

Re: Exposing NoesisGui C++ API to scripting language

Hi noizex, We currently do something similar to what you want in our UE4 integration to allow data binding to data from Blueprints (Unreal's visual scripting language). You can take a look at the code in our GitHub repository. Most of the parts relevant to you are here https://github.com/Noesis/UE4P...

Re: Unable to Package Shooter Game example for web

I just finished testing it myself, and I get the same error you do. In all fairness, it says that the multithread feature is experimental, and you even have to turn on support in the browser using a flag, so I guess it's not totally unexpected.

Re: Unable to Package Shooter Game example for web

Glad you got it working in the end :) I built it from the Launcher version, which doesn't support HTML5 multithreading. Maybe that's the difference. I definitely saw in the source code that multithreading support requires a rebuild, so maybe it's another case of some source files already compiled wi...

Re: Unable to Package Shooter Game example for web

Hi, That's weird, I didn't get any of those errors. Can you manually delete the directory Intermediate/Build/HTML5 in the plugin and your game, and also Binaries/HTML5 in your game and try again? Sounds to me like there were parts already compiled with the old SDK that now can't be linked with the n...

Re: Unable to Package Shooter Game example for web

Hi professionaljones, You may like to hear that HTML5 is working on UE4.22 with the latest Noesis SDK 2.2.1 and the latest plugin code from GitHub. I just tested the Shooter sample on Chrome and it works. Please, also make sure you have the latest sample code, since some changes were required to mak...

Re: inventory sample in Unreal

Hi lzt120,

I've just pushed to GitHub the Inventory sample for UE4. Unfortunately, given the way it's implemented at the moment, all the logic remains as C++ code, but we'll look into making the code more generic so that the ViewModel can be implemented as a Blueprint.

Hope this helps.
