It seems to me, you are using different fonts for Blend and Unity? Fast way to fix this is applying our theme to blend. That way the default font is the same.

it seems that you're using the mv command in your makefile for wasm even in the windows version. Maybe it's not intended ? mv command is also valid on windows. What error are you getting? In 3.0 we removed the Bundle (Unity seems to be adding its .meta files inside and corrupting the sign) and added a dylib. It seems to be working fine this way.
