Which Unity version are you using?
Can you create a new project and only import NoesisGUI, select one of the example scenes, deploy it to your Android device and see if this works?

There has changed quite a bit from v1.1 to v1.2.x. Even if NoesisGUI features an updater it might be a good idea in this case to remove all NoesisGUI directories that were installed with v1.1 and just re-import the new package. Have you tried converting these fonts from .otf to .ttf? I don't know how good these converters work but I would give it a try until the next NoesisGUI version with otf-support ist released.

'Texture Atlas' and uniform scaling

In this package are only OpenType fonts which are not yet supported by NoesisGUI. I think they will be in the next version. But that might be the reason why they can't be found.

Now I just had to start Void Expanse and test it with various window resolutions and I have to admit the scaling looks pretty good. Even spanning it across all three screens worked well for the UI, only the FPS wasn't up to it. :D So yes, I would be interested in more details of your custom viewbox ...

If you mean the quality setting in the NoesisGuiPanel then this is set to high. And it looks already better than medium but still pretty jaggie compared to PPAA. I've attached a comparison image.
