We have plans to release 3.1.6 in the upcoming weeks. Please send us the list (here or privately) of tickets that are important to you just to verify we are aligned because not everything listed right now at 3.1.6 is going to be implemented. Unfortunately, we will have to leave things for 3.1.7.

NOTE: I am going to assume this it the C++ SDK but, please, next time use the proper tags when posting.

Are you able to reproduce this in XamlPlayer? XamlPlayer is automatically creating mipmaps for images.

Did you use RenderDoc to verify the texture mipmaps are properly loaded?

We don't recommend turning it off. You should always use Visual.PointFromScreen as explained in the post above and everything should work correctly.

DPI scaling is necessary, for example, to increase the size of the UI in High DPI displays.

GLFactory.h in located at $(NoesisSDK)\Src\Packages\Render\GLRenderDevice\Include\NsRender\GLFactory.h

They are not in the standard Include folders, because they don't belong to the Core library. GL renderer is part of the App Framework.
