If you click on a XAML, the inspector panel will give you information about dependencies (Textures, Fonts, Audios, Videos, XAMLs, Shaders). B.xaml should be listed there. If it is not listed, and it is being loaded, that could explain why it is not found on standalone.

I think you need to move the Unity UI to another custom pass, that way you can control if it renders before or after noesis.
