In today's c++ release, the NoesisApp.lib file is missing but the NoesisApp.dll file is available. How to compile without NoesisApp.lib library?

NoesisApp.lib and NoesisApp.dll can be regenerated from the source code. Please, rebuild the provided solution to have them. The reason NoesisApp.dll is not missing is because a few of our samples come precompiled and ready to be executed.
