Noesis.App.Displays.Win32 Version 3.0 has dependency on shcore.dll = not compatible with Windows 7

Moving forward will Noesis remain compatible with Windows 7? The D3D11 renderer is also not compatible as it uses 11.1, but in that case it is not an issue since the WGL renderer works excellently.

The 2.2.6 version of the Win32 display does not have the shcore.dll dependency.

Depending on shcore.dll was a mistake, in a future release we will make Win32 Display look for those functions dynamically and use them only when available in the operating system.

For now, you can remove those lines, HDPI is only being used in the Gallery example.

We are using version 2.2 + DirectX 11.1 on Windows 7 SP1 with the following platform update (which provides partial support for DirectX 11.1 on Windows 7).

Does the new version 3.0 uses part of DirectX 11.1 that are not supported by the platform update ?

No changes regarding D3D11 in 3.0 but we have introduced a dependency to shcore.dll in NoesisApp that we need to remove, it was a mistake.
