Tooltip's ShowDuration doesn't seem to work ?

Hi,

The ShowDuration property of ToolTip.Service doesn't seem to work.
Even if I set it to a value like below, the tooltip never disappears as long as I keep hovering the button.

<Button Content="AAA"
            ToolTip="BBB"
            ToolTipService.InitialShowDelay="1000"
            ToolTipService.ShowDuration="1000"/>

Fixed for next release and integrated into 2.2 branch.
