Tooltip of Hyperlink doesn't work in Unity and XamlToy

Hello. I'm using NoesisGUI with Unity, tried below XAML in Blend, Unity and XamlToy, and found the Hyperlink's Tooltip only show up in Blend.
Does NoesisGUI support it?

This is not implemented in Noesis, could you please report it in our bugtracker?
