Just in case, did you hit PLAY?
If the answer is yes, then the example is not working correctly. What happens with other examples like HelloWorld or Buttons?

This is how it looks when I hit play in the Unity Editor
I don't think that the HelloWorld and the Buttons samples are meant to demonstrate Noesis GUI in a VR application.

That's not our example, you have modified it. I can't help you if you don't follow my instructions.

My apologies! I haven't realized that in the process of making the sample work I ended up changing it. I just created a brand new Unity Project and tried out the sample and it works great in the Unity Editor and to my surprise I did not even run into the aforementioned error. I am not sure what went wrong in my earlier attempts.

I recollect that the reason why I switched from ObjectPanel.xaml to HelloWorld.xaml (that displays a flat blue dialog and a button) is because I was getting the following error in the Blend project when I tried to explore ObjectPanel.xaml, so I wanted to start with a less complex XAML UI and hence made that switch to HelloWorld.xaml.
I am not much of a Blend user, so any ideas on how I can resolve that error. PS I did install Noesis.GUI Nuget Package in the Blend Project.

Hello,
I just installed NoesisGUI 3.2.1 in a empty Unity project, imported the World Space UI sample, opened the WorldSpaceUI-blend solution in Blend, build the project in Blend (Build > Build Solution (F7)), and everything appears to be correct. I got no errors in the designer and I can hit Debug > Start Debugging (F5) to play it.
From the image you attached it seems you haven't built the project in Blend (as indicated in the designer window message), please make sure you do that in order to properly get the referenced NuGets (Noesis.GUI.Extensions), and to compile all the sample code like the PercentageConverter. Could you try that?
Please let me know if you find any other issue.
