After popping up ToolTip NoesisGUI crashing without any notice and hide whole visual part. No destructors called. Uses 1.3beta4

UPD: crashing was on wrong time passing.

xaml_view->Update(time);

Passing "10*time" in seconds don't give a crash. But tooltip hides itself after a short period.

Time supplied to Update must be in seconds, but it shouldn't be crashing if smaller values were passed.
Could you please create a ticket in our bugtracker explaining the steps to reproduce the crash?
