UE4 Install Troubleshooting

I'm having an issue installing the plugin to UE4_4.19
Images Below show the issue
Not really sure why this is happening. Fresh install.

Hi, sorry about this. Haven’t seen it in our testing. From the look of it, it can’t find the file Noesis.Build.cs, that should be one directory up from that capture in [NoesisGUIRoot]\Source\Noesis, but it does find NoesisRuntime.Build.cs that is located in [NoesisGUIRoot]\Source\Noesis. Could you make sure the file is there? It most likely is, since you have everything else.
Is it a C++ project? In that case could you re-generate the visual studio solution and build it? It should build the plugin, and it would be great if you could send us the build console output from the first build to debug this issue.

Not sure what happened. Maybe I deleted the Noesis.Build.cs by accident somehow. It's finished the install now and I can dive into learning this tool. Not sure why I did not attempt a fresh install in my troubleshooting. Thank you.
