Add C# .Net Core assemblies

Is it possible for you to also provide .Net Core 2/3 assemblies?
We release our assemblies built for .NET Standard, so they are compatible with .NET Core. Why do you need specific assemblies for .NET Core?
Anyway, all C# code is public in our GitHub, so you can build it yourself if you need other configurations.
