Errors in Blend

Hello!
I would like to open the "Detroit" example with blend but after i opened i getting bunch of errors:
"Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Error XDG0060 The type 'SetFocusAction' from assembly 'Noesis.GUI.Extensions' is built with an older version of the Blend SDK, and is not supported in a Windows Presentation Framework 4 project. Detroit-blend MainWindow.xaml 1421
"
Same with all the other examples.
Latest version of blend and also from visual studio 2019.
