Xbox - Controlling the app with PC Controller

Hey,
unusual question - in Xbox manager you're able to use a controller that's connected to the PC to ("remotely") control the xbox devkit. This works just fine for xbox dev menu, anything that's native, but it doesn't work in Noesis samples (you have to use the controller that's physically connected to xbox). What's interesting, if you trigger a software keyboard (by clicking on an input field) the PC controller works (as I assume it's again a native thing) :-). You can enter with PC controller and submit so that this value appears in Noesis input, but then it looses the control.
Have you ever noticed that? Does this require any special handling in Noesis?
Thanks,
Szymon
