Absolute Beginner with NoesisGUI but some coding experience

I need some general guidance about starting with NoesisGUI, but not the coding and UI design now, as I need to assemble my toolchain.
NoesisGUI appeals to me strictly for game development. Immediate targets are Linux & Windows, with MacOS and Android in line next.
I have some experience in Visual Studio, not much, but enough to navigate, install plugins, and create simple applications in C and CPP.
My preferred development platform is Linux (I have a dual boot of Fedora & Windows 10 I did on my rig). Visual Studio is installed on Windows 10 and I will be using Blend for the actual UI frontend work if I can not find a workaround. I prefer to develop in Linux with CLion / CMake as much as possible. I experimented in Meson / Ninja / Nano for building on Linux, but do not see a need presently for me to use them in game development, as I am generally willing to use the best equipment for the job.
Lots of experience with graphics, 2D & 3D, in some ways. A little use of Inkscape and I decided to focus on Blender, mentioning these because I see that some developers are using them with NoesisGUI in their toolchain.
My backend development already is C / CPP frameworks (such as Orgre for rendering) & linked libraries, CPP for game source, and Python planned for gameplay scripting. Fundamentally, this is 3 levels of development. Using Dear ImGui for tools development. Mostly Blender for art assets and animations. Now I need the truly awesome NoesisGUI in order to finish games and distribute them, OS cross-platform.
Given: Indie developer, mostly or all development on Linux, but willing to use VS / Blend on Windows 10 for NoesisGUI
1) How do I integrate NoesisGUI indie with Blend? I looked at tutorials in this website, found a little help, and almost no video on YT.
Keep in mind that I prefer to not use C#, and my goal is CPP underneath Python for actual game scripting.
2) Any alternatives to Blend, VS, Unity, or Unreal? (apart from building my own equivalents of these, which I have not spare time to do)
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
