When UI is destructed, TextChanged will be triggered once, and this text is ""，Is this correct?

Is the TextBox.Text property bound to a ViewModel?
In that case, is the DataContext being removed before the UI gets destroyed?
That could be the reason why you are getting a last TextChanged notification.
