First of all, you should be getting an error about using Window (unless you implemented your own window container):
The patch should change the default value to SelfHitTestInvisible which is the expected value to allow hit test pass through empty backgrounds in the View, but perhaps the asset has the Visible value saved.
Regarding the input being blocked, just to make sure, is your view widget Visibility set to Visible or SelfHitTestInvisible?LogNoesis: Warning: Window not supported in Unreal, please use Page or UserControl instead.
