Question about Licensing

Hello, guys. Myself and a friend are currently working on a small project and we are using NoesisGUI as our UI middleware. So far we are liking the look of NoesisGUI but I would like to know a bit more about how the licensing works. I have reviewed the different licensing tiers but I would like to know how to go about getting an indie license (when the project is near completion) and whether or not that would make it so that the NoesisGUI works during the build/release (i.e doesn't expire after the 30 days).
