Is there any tutorial/tools to migrate projects from Scaleform to NoesisGUI?

There is no way to migrate from Scaleform to NoesisGUI automatically.

I have used https://github.com/TomByrne/Flash2Svg in the past to export vector graphics from Flash to SVG files. You can then extract the path data from these files, and use it in Path elements in XAML. In the future we plan to offer tooling for using SVG files directly.

There is no way to export the ActionScript to compatible C++/C#, so you'll need to recreate any functionality. Some functionality may already be covered by our controls, triggers, and behaviours, etc., removing the need for you to write code for them.
