I have a problem, there are some people who are using my product and are having a problem on windows x64, I already ran your own example in samples on the computer of one of them and it does not run and it gives the same error that my program is giving, like do in this case? I'm on version 3.1.6

That kind of error sometimes can indicate that the computer is missing a .NET Framework or Dynamic link library (DLL) files that the application requires to work properly. Could you verify that all the dependencies are correctly installed in that computer?
