This is what we have in the internal Unity tutorial for 3.2 (will be published with the final version):
This is a major version, in development for more than a year, so it shouldn't be taken into production without trying it first. Regarding upgrade steps for Unity, there are no important considerations.What's new in 3.2

* Added support for `Rive <#rive-assets>`__ assets.
* Support for disabling `Hot-reloading <Gui.Core.HotReloadTutorial.html>`_ from `Settings <#configuring-noesisgui>`__ panel.
* Legacy Input System is no longer necessary.
* Added tracking device actions for XR to `Input Actions Asset <#input-actions>`__.
* Added `World Space UI <#world-space-ui>`__ property to View.
* Support for editing XAML files in `Visual Studio Code <https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/it ... -tools>`__.
* All new features included in `3.2 Core <Gui.Core.Changelog.html#version-3-2-0b1>`_ are also available.
* Vulkan renderer is now supported in Windows and Android platforms.

Emscripten compiler has been updated to 3.1.8, this will require Unity 2022.2 and later for WebGL platform.
