Set tap to drag transition threshold

I have a xaml file with a ScrollViewer containing a set of Buttons.
In some cases a user can simply tap a button that is already visible but sometimes the user must scroll the desired button into view first.
The threshold for when a tap becomes a drag (hold?) operation appears a bit low as some fat finger pressing/pressing too hard on a button accidentally turns a tap into a drag.

I've been trying to change the behavior by calling View.SetHoldingDistanceThreshold(...) but either I'm using it wrong,
misunderstand its purpose or there is a bug somewhere because it does not change the behavior at all.

How can I go about solving this?

Unity 2021.3.23, Noesis 3.1.7

It seems the method you need (SetManipulationDistanceThreshold) is not exposed to Unity / C#.

Sorry about this, could you please create a ticket?

Ok, can do.
Maybe also add some notes on View/IView in the class hierarchy documentation?
