Hi Noesis team,
Noesis label was in the list but it was "-Noesis" I would like to make it "✓Noesis" After that I made one more time on the Noesis label to undo things. So the Noesis label was disappears from the list.
I even tried removing and re-added noesis packages. It didn't work again.

I fixed it myself

I wrote Noesis in the label search bar and just pressed enter. Noesis label was applied.
