Hi,
If you move the window to another monitor that has a different DisplayScale,
the Layout will not update.

If you then resize the window, the Layout will be recalculated correctly.
This is the behavior of all windows. Inspector, XamlPlayer and others.

Could you please report this issue in our bugtracker?
