i wanted to know if it's possible to get NoesisGUI to work with UE4 C++

that's great i'll be looking forward to itYes, it can be done and if you want to try it out I will be glad to help you. Although let me say that we are also working in an official integration with Unreal Engine for the v1.3.x series.
