I am looking for a cross-platform GUI designer which allows a developer to drag and drop buttons, drop-downs, etc. onto the canvas and save the result in XAML format. The developer could then connect his C# code to the XAML file and save the result as a cross-platform application with a GUI. Does NoesisGUI contain a GUI designer?

NoesisGUI implements a wide subset of WPF so you can use Microsoft Blend to design XAML files and corresponding C# code. The tool is not cross-platform but the resulting files can be used with Noesis in all our supported platforms.

For the future we want to create our own editor but that is a long term plan.
