Those garbage collections you mention seem to be coming from the InputSystem of Unity. The class should be registered with the rest of classes. Once it is registered it should be automatically created by the XAML. Please, check that before.

Locations should be the same, we just only changed the way we load system fonts to be compatible with older versions of iOS. Our tests are working fine, take into account that font availability depends on the version of iOS.

Is your issue only with 'Heiti SC' ? What iOS version are you testing?

Our output is in alpha-premultiplied space, the black color you see should be a #00000000, so a transparent color. Is that what you are observing?
