Resource dictionary keys using the x:Static markup extension treat the value as a literal for key
For instance:
That will end up getting inserted into the resource dictionary as "local:SomeStaticClass.SomeKeyName" instead of the static value referenced.

As described in our documentation Static extension is not fully supported yet.

Got it, thanks. I've updated the issue you referenced to also include this side of it since it has a slightly different outcome in that Noesis doesn't complain at all about the syntax.
