High radius of BlurEffect with BackgroundEffectBehavior does not blur content around the edges
Hi there,
I'm trying to achieve a blurred background effect in Unreal, similar to the one in the samples template. However, I've noticed that once I raise the blur radius to a higher value to reach the desired effect, I'm starting to lose the blur around the edges of my border. I could circumvent this issue by using ClipToBounds and negative Margin, however, then I found no way to have rounded corners of the blur.
If I increase the blur radius more, the whole effect starts to fade away. It feels like the Radius parameter also works like a "fade out length from the edges" parameter.
Update: managed to find a workaround, not sure how can I delete the topic.

Would it be possible to share how you solved it to help others with the same problem?

I am having the same problem. Please let us know how you solve it!Hi there,
I'm trying to achieve a blurred background effect in Unreal, similar to the one in the samples template. However, I've noticed that once I raise the blur radius to a higher value to reach the desired effect, I'm starting to lose the blur around the edges of my geometry dash game border. I could circumvent this issue by using ClipToBounds and negative Margin, however, then I found no way to have rounded corners of the blur.
