You are only building the project for the executable. You need to build all projects included in the solution located at '$SDK/Build' directory by doing 'Rebuild All'.

The reason NoesisApp.lib is not being built by default in 2.2.5 is because there are two warning in GLRenderDevice.cpp. I assume you silenced out those wanrnings. It will be fixed in the next version. Thanks for your collaboration.
