I saw that it is possible to use WebGL, I really like XamlToy, but how to start it. Is it possible just in C++, which is fine too, I could not find any tutorial.

The C++ SDK includes support for WebGL, there is a makefile for the examples at 'Build/NoesisGUI-wasm.mk' (Requirements). The usage and API is exactly the same as rest of platforms.
