Yes! We've been collaborating closely with them for over a year, and it's exciting that this is finally about to become official :)

This is amazing. Looking forward to seeing how well it works with my custom C++ engine, but for now VsCode + Language server on the side is also working well.

So I tried this out in their latest EAP3.

Should this be working already? The preview works, I do get intellisense, but the syntax highlighting is still missing?
Should the syntax highlighting be there? if so this is a bug that I probably need to report?

Edit: I guess they already have one: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RI ... oesis-xaml
Hope they fix that until the final release.

But it's good to see this working already :) This will make things so much more pleasant. I might actually completely drop the Blend version at some point in my project

I just made a bug report which I think falls on your end, since it's the same for VSCode and Rider:

DesignTime height and width attributes seem to be ignored. It would be nice to see those reflect properly since having a representative size or at least aspect ratio of the result at DesignTime can be essential. In my case I see buttons and other elements being cut off because the size is not respected, so I can't even see my full view (even though I'm using a dockpanel so the preview should resize and the button should never be outside the view.

Yes, that's on our side. Thanks for the ticket.
