Additional Asset folders or setting root folder to different folder?

Is there some way to define a different folder as the "root" folder for assets in Studio? I use a custom C++ engine and I have a folder structure like this for my game assets:
-Content
-UI
-Meshes
-Logos
-Audio
The UI folder has my Noesis Studio project inside of it. Now if I want to reference something from my "Logos" folder there is no way to do it as the asset panel in Studio only shows everything relative to the UI folder and below. Is there a way to add the Logos folder as an additional source for assets?
Also on another note: All my Noesis Content is relative to the Content folder, which means so far when I manually created views on vscode I would reference via relative path to the content folder (e.g. UI/Textures/image.png). When I use studio now and reference one of my textures under the UI folder it puts Textures/image.png as the path (since its relative to the studio project) which means my asset system is not picking it up as the full path is Content/Textures/image.png instead of Content/UI/Textures/image.png
Is there some way to customize the way Noesis writes the paths to the xamls to get around this?
I know that I can fix all of this by putting the Studio Project into the Content folder instead of the UI folder. But then I have all my other folders in the asset view and studio shows textures from my 3d models for example since that is in the same hierarchy now.
Any tips on how to fix this situation would be great.
