Xamarin

Is it possible to use the mono beta for xamarin? If not are there any xamarin binding for ios/android?

Yes, it should be possible although there is not yet an official integration. If you try it, I will be glad to help.

For now, only windows is supported in the C# SDK Beta. The final version will support all the platforms though.

So it turns out I do not remember anything about c++. Looks like ill have to wait until the final release.

Why C++? You don't need C++ from the C# SDK...

I was thinking about the PInvokes. It lookes the the build tool will only build the windows binaries so I will have to get the Noesis.so library and link that. Once I get that done how would I actually show the view?

For having an Android version working I recommend you using the libNoesis.so found in the UnityPackage and the .cs files included in the C# SDK, they provide you all the PInvokes. You will have to make a few adjustments I suppose but that is a good starting point.

I think I'm going to have to skip this. It is going to take much longer than expected.

After I imported libnoesis.so and copied all the c# files the application would crash as soon as I called Noesis.GUI.InitOpenGL(). If I had more time to invest I would look into this a little more.

Do you guys plan on releasing this in the near future?

The plan is having this by the end of this year or beginning of next one. It will be aligned with the v1.3 release.
