Summary0002428: Apple Color Emoji font not rendering any glyphs
Description

Using 'Apple Color Emoji' system font (found at "/System/Library/Fonts/Apple Color Emoji.ttc") in our TextEmojis.xaml sample does not render any glyph, although the font is recognized and registered by the font provider.
