Summary0002808: Sudden displacement when using Move tool
Description

As seen here https://youtu.be/K0r8EANNB6k?feature=shared&t=813 when trying to use the Move tool, there's a sudden displacement of the selected element.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Draw a rectangle
  2. Try to move it with the Selection tool
  3. hit the M key and try to move it again
