Description

As seen here https://youtu.be/DC0YTtlfxD4?feature=shared&t=2815 animating a path endpoint's handle causes a weird offset

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create an open path
  2. Create a storyboard
  3. While editing the storyboard, try to edit an endpoint's handle
