Summary0003183: Rotating a grid with the transform tool affects also the adorner's menu
Description

Unlike a control's adorner, the row/col menu will get rotated with the grid.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a grid with some columns or rows
  2. Using the transform tool rotate the grid
  3. click on a column or row adorner
