Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page
2) Create a couple Global Resource Colours
3) Create a Component, and include it inside of the Page created in Step 1).
4) Within the Component, drag in a Button, and create a custom Template for it.
5) Apply one of the colours created in Step 2) to this new Button Template.
6) Set a MouseOver VisualState which contains a Colour transition from one GlobalResource colour to another GlobalResource colour.
Observe how the new Global Resource colour correctly applies as expected.

7) Navigate back to the Page created in Step 1), and 'Play' the project.
8) Drag the mouse over the Button.
Observe how the assigned MouseOver colour is presenting properly.

9) Navigate back to the Component in which the Button is contained.
Observe the application crashing.

10) Close and re-open the Project.
Observe the application crashing when navigating files.

11) Clear the backups from \AppData\Roaming\NoesisStudio\Backups
12) Re-Open the Project.
Observe the application still crashing.
