Repro Steps:

1) Create a Folder for your Project
2) Create an "Assets" folder within the Project folder created in Step 1), and add a couple assets of any supported type within (Something simple like jpeg images will be sufficient.)
2) Create a Noesis Project within the Project folder created in Step 1)
3) Open the Project in Noesis Studio, and navigate to the Assets Panel.

Observe how the files added to the 'Assets' folder are visible in the Assets Panel 'Assets' folder.

4) With Studio still open, open Windows Explorer, and add a couple more image files to the 'Assets' folder from Step 2).
5) Return to Studio, and navigate to the Assets Panel, and inspect the 'Assets' folder

Observe how the files added via Windows Explorer are not present or visible in the Assets Panel.

Expected Results: The Assets Panel offers a real-time 1:1 display of all supported file types found within the project directory.
