Summary0003422: Add pixel grid snapping
Description
  • Draw pixel grid when zooming in (visible pixel is greater 10px?).
  • Add snapping to the pixel grid, for elements and paths (vertices and bezier control points).
  • Add and option to disable the pixel snapping (an icon in the toolbar?).

I moved this from Studio_Path to Studio_Alpha, as the pixel grid snapping is implemented for path points, but isn't for the actual elements yet.
