Description	When drawing a Rectangle or Ellipse, if Shift key is pressed it should keep Width and Height proportional.

dfranjic 2024-06-20 02:48 developer ~0009725	Shift key now does proportional resize when drawing an element. We also have symmetric resize when holding the alt key, now this should too work while drawing an element.
