Summary0003435: Resource Filtering in Resource Panel Is Non-Functional
Description

Using the Type filter dropdown menu within the Resources Panel is non-functional and does not filter the Resources in the Resource Browser.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Open the Squad sample
2) Navigate to the Resources Panel, and select the GlobalResources dictionary.
3) In the Resources Scope Browser (Top) panel, to the right of the Search field, expand the 'All Resources' dropdown and select any Resource type that exists within the Squad project. (Colors are a good choice).

Observe how in the Resource Browser (bottom section of the Resources Panel), no Resources all filtered out, and the entire Resource listing continues to show.

Expected Results: Selecting a Resource type from the filter list, only displays that Resource type in the Resouce Browser.
