Summary0003498: Crash Creating Root Grid Keyframe within Visual State Storyboard
Description

Unable to reproduce this, but it produced a dump, so sharing. Below you will find what happened to cause this to occur, however please note that I have not been able to reproduce this.

Created a new VisualStateGroup
Created a new VisualState within the VisualStateGroup
Clicked on VisualState to make timeline appear.
Clicked on RootGrid, opened its 3-Dot menu for the 'Opacity' property, and clicked "Create Keyframe" in order to create an Opacity keyframe on Frame0.

This is when Studio crashed.
