Summary0003535: Path Point Handles Can't be Selected if in Same Position as Path Point
Description

Currently, if you place a Path Point Handle to be at the same coordinates as a Path Point, it is not possible to select the Handle.

If a Path Point is selected, in the even of a positional conflict, priority should always be given to the selected element's pieces (in this case, the Path Point, and the Path Point's two handles).

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page
2) Draw a fully-enclosed triangle using the Path Tool (P).
3) Convert one of the Path Points to be a curve by holding [Ctrl] and clicking and dragging on the point in any direction
4) Select one of the handles that are used to define the curve, and drag the handle to be exactly superimposed atop of of the other 2 Path Points of the triangle.
5) Deselect the Path Point that was curved by clicking another layer in the Navigator, or otherwise.
6) Select the Path Point that was curved again, and attempt to click on the Path Point Handle that is in the same spot as one of the Path Points.

Observe that the Path Point is selected instead of the Handle.

Expected Results: Selected items are always given given over overlapping/underlapping unselected items
