Summary0003547: Path Point Can't Be Placed if All Previous Path Points Have Been Removed
Description

This seems to potentially be a root problem of not clearing the 'Path' layer from the hierarchy after all Points in a Path have been removed.

What occurs practically however, is that if a user removes all Points in a Path, then equips the Path Tool, and attempts to click onto the Stage, no action takes place.

Some potential solutions:
a) Deleting all Points of a Path deletes the Path layer from the hierarchy.
b) It is possible to place a new Point within an 'empty' Path layer.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page

2) Equip the Path Tool (P), and draw an enclosed triangle.
3) With the Path Tool (P) still selected, click on all 3 Points to completely remove the Triangle.
4) With the Path Tool (P) still selected, click anywhere on the Stage to place a new Point within this Path.

Observe how no action takes place.

Expected Results: Placing a Path Point should be possible as long as the destination layer is compatible with receiving a Path drawn within it.
