Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page
2) Introduce an Ellipse to the RootGrid of the Page, centred within the Page. Once placed, set its dimensions to 128x128, and then right-click on it, and in the context menu, navigate to Path-->'Convert to Path'.
3) Introduce a Rectangle to the Rootgrid of the Page, centred within the Page. Once placed, set its dimensions to 16x80, and then right-click on it, and in the context menu, navigate to Path-->'Convert to Path'.
4) Using the [Ctrl] key, select both Paths, and with both selected, right-click on either of them, and in the context menu, navigate to 'Path'-->'Make Compound Path'.

Observe how the Compound Path does not match the presentation of the Paths prior to them being compounded.

Expected Results: Paths are compounded in the exact position they were compounded in.
