Summary0003573: Centre-Segment Snapping Doesn't Work on Paths With Floats
Description

Currently, we provide a visual/snapping indicator of the 'centre' of a segment that a user is about to add a Path Point along, using the Path Tool (P).

However, if the Path happens to be positioned at a position featuring a float value, the Snap Guide does not appear.

(For example, a Path with a bottom Margin of 48.50 will not feature centre-snapping, whilst a Path with a bottom Margin of 48 will offer centre-snapping)

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps

1) Create a Page
2) Introduce a Rectangle to the Page's RootGrid. The rectangle should be composed of Integer dimensions, and with Integer Margins.
3) Convert the Rectangle to a Path via its context menu, by navigating to 'Path'->'Convert to Path'.
3) Equip the Path Tool, and hover over the centre any of the Path's edges.

Observe how a snapping indicator showing the exact centre of the Segment appears.

4) Adjust the Path's Margins to feature Floats instead of Integers.
5) Equip the Path Tool, and hover over the centre any of the Path's edges,

Observe how no snapping indicator displays the exact centre of the segment.

Expected Results: Studio is capable of displaying the centre of any Segment, regardless of whether it contains Float or Integer Positional or Dimensional values.
