Summary0003579: Not Possible to Create 1px-Dimensioned Shapes from the Add Elements Panel
Description

Currently, it's not possible to create a Shape from the Add Elements Panel, using the Add Elements Tool, where one of its dimensions is 1 pixel wide or tall. When attempting this operation, the outline of the Shape draws in the Editor, but the moment the mouse is released to place it in place, it disappears, and does not get added to the Navigator.

Dimensions that present problems:
1x1
1x2
2x1

Anything 2x2 or greater draws as expected.

This issue occurs across all Shape types.

This issue does not occur when resizing a previously larger than 2x2 Shape, to a dimension including a 1px value.

See attached video for a demonstration. Note that the left-mouse is released when the "1x1" indicator is displayed above the drawn Shape.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page
2) Navigate to the 'Add Elements' Panel, and navigate to the 'Shapes' section.
3) Click on any of the Shapes available (Rectangle is likely the easiest to predict/view). Clicking on Shape type will arm the 'Add Element' tool automatically, allowing you to now click-and-drag anywhere on the Stage to 'draw' the Shape.
4) With the 'Add Element' Tool still equipped, click-and-drag anywhere on the Stage, and use its adorners dimensional readout, to trace a 1x1 sized Shape. Once 1x1 is visible, release the mouse-click to place it in position.

Observe that the Shape has not been put in the place it was drawn, and that the Rectangle is not visible in the Navigator.

Expected Results: Shapes featuring a measurement on one axis can be drawn using the 'Add Element' tool.
